Okay, it’s February 1st. January is behind you. The gym parking lot is less crowded today than it has been since the beginning of the year. Where did all those motivated people go? Did they already reach their fitness goals for the year? I doubt it. Doubt is probably the culprit that kept them home this morning. That inside voice telling them they can’t reach the goal. The goal was unrealistic. They don’t have what it takes. So, they rolled over and went back to sleep. But not you.

Setting goals is a crucial step in achieving success in any area of life. However, the challenge lies in maintaining momentum towards these goals, especially when obstacles and distractions arise.
